Our behavior analysts manage a team of Therapists or RBTs while we provide the tools necessary for you to operate efficiently. This is a great full-time opportunity to join a team that provides the resources and clinical expertise to support your critical work with families and children diagnosed with Autism. When you work with ABTC, you become part of a collaborative and supportive team that is dedicated and passionate about what we do!
As a therapist or registered behavior technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders. You will implement intervention plans under the direct support and close supervision of a BCBA. You will provide therapy in the home, community, and school settings. We provide the training and certification you need to begin your career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
